Masterclass with Stéphane Brizé

On Saturday, September 25th, at 06:30 pm at Cinema Massimo?s Screen 2, there will be a masterclass with French director Stéphane Brizé. Grazia Paganelli and Mariapaola Pierini will moderate.

Stéphane Brizé

(Rennes, France, 1966), after studying electronics he started working as a technician for cinema and television. He then moved to Paris and approached the world of dramatic arts and theater until he debuted with his short film Bleu dommage in 1993, which won the Grand Prix at the Cannes Festival?s Quinzaine des Réalisateurs. In 2009 he started his partnership with Vincent Lindon, which continues to this day, with Mademoiselle Chambon (winner of the César Award for best adaptation). Lindon has been entrusted with the starring role for all his films that focus on the world of work with memorable productions such as The Measure of a Man (2015) and At War (2018), both in competition at the Cannes Festival. It is because of his interpretation in At War that he won Best Actor at both Cannes and César Awards.
