Annalisa Lantermo, director of Job Film Days, was present at the Bologna Labor Festival. Created in 2010 and reaching its twelfth edition, the Labor Festival is organized by the National Labor Consultants Council and the Labor Consultant Studies Foundation. Transition was the key word to which the event revolved around. Whether in the world of work, the economy and society at large: recent events, among which the accelerated pace of the technological revolution and the effects of the pandemic, require reflection on change and the transformation that affects workers in particular.

As part of this prestigious event, on Saturday June 25th, Annalisa Lantermo presented the next edition of the Job Film Days festival. During the panel title ?La fabbrica del sogno? (The dream factory): how to transform school-work alternation into an award-winning film product, the director Max Chicco, screenwriter Simona Rapello and actor Guido Ruffa presented La fabbrica del sogno (2020), a movie about the IPCA in Ciriè, aniline factory that caused hundreds of victims of bladder cancer in the Sixties.

The encounter dedicated to the movie ? a fantasy created through the school-work alternation ? and the presentation of Job Film Days were the occasion to highlight the fruitful relationship between cinema and the world of work.

The next appointment is in Turin, from September 27th to October 2nd, for the third edition of Job Film Days.
