Dream Car Wash narrates the story of Sara, a young ItaloiIranian woman living in London, facing the daily challenges of her job in a car wash. Between the monotonous routines and brief encounters, her dream to become a professional dancer grows within her, waiting to take shape.

Edoardo Brighenti is an Italian director who lives and works in London. His short films have been screened at several film festivals all around the world. His latest short film, Dream Car Wash, premiered at the Rome Film Festival (specifically at the parallel section of the Festival, called Alice Nella Città), and it was screened at numerous international film festivals competing for the Academy Awards and BAFTA Awards, namely PÖFF Shorts, Aesthetica, In The Palace and Indy Shorts. He was also awarded at the Mixing Colours Video Contest, created by the legendary musician and producer Brian Eno. Brighenti’s video, Julie Dancing for Brian Eno, became the official music video for Roger and Brian Eno’s Iris, and it was screened at Los Angeles’ The Music Centre.
