The marketing slogan of the homonymous debt collection call center is taken to the extreme, and its alienated operators awake from hibernation to the sound of unbridled laughs. This is not mocking, but a genuine and contagious laugh for the tragicomedy of the trapped debtors, whose echo tears apart the operator?s apathy and the walls of the claustrophobic office.

Michael Jirinec was born in Brno, then permanently moved to Prague. Before finding his path in Documentary Cinema, he experimented with Cinema Theory and Production Studies. He specializes in Art Film and is interested in exploring social issues, external perspective, open-mindedness and his own ego?s destruction.
