The seventh edition of JOB FILM DAYS features two international competitions, in which the films are judged by two juries composed of representatives from the film industry and the institutions sponsoring the awards.
In addition to these juries, the event also features juries composed of students from: the University of Turin (Degree Programs in DAMS – Arts, Music, Performing Arts, and Digital Media; CAM – Cinema, Performing Arts, Music, and Media; Communication Sciences), the Polytechnic University of Turin (Degree Program in Film and Digital Media Engineering), the Turin Academy of Fine Arts, and the Holden School.

JFD-INAIL Piedmont “Lavoro 2026” Award

The “Lavoro 2026” International Film Award, organized in collaboration with the INAIL Piedmont Regional Office, is open to documentaries and feature-length fiction films produced in Italy or abroad that address labor-related themes.
Three awards will be presented: Best Film Award (4,000 euros), Grand Jury Prize (2,000 euros), and Best Film Award for topics related to occupational health and safety (1,000 euros).

“Job for the Future 2026” Award, JFD-Turin Chamber of Commerce

The Award, organized in collaboration with the Turin Chamber of Commerce, is open to short films produced in the European Union by filmmakers under the age of 40. The competition will recognize works that directly explore—or use as a backdrop—“emerging” jobs and the challenges of contemporary work. Three prizes will be awarded: Best Short Film (3,500 euros), Best Screenplay related to the themes specified in the competition announcement (2,500 euros), and Best Director who has developed themes of interest to the Piedmont region (1,500 euros).

Writing Workshop: “From Idea to Storyline: Job Film Days 20262

The seventh edition of JOB FILM DAYS will also feature an awards ceremony honoring the best film scripts that depict the current world of work, created by videomakers and authors under 35 who participated in the “From Idea to Script: Job Film Days 2026″ writing workshop. The workshop was organized by Job Film Days ETS in collaboration with the Videocommunity Association.
