Salesian vocational training centers have been supporting young people’s worth for over 150 years. From Don Bosco’s vision to the present day, the world has profoundly changed, but the spirit and charism driving this educational mission remain the same. “Crescendo” is the story of this daily work, based on a relationship between students and educators, Salesian and laical, families and community, in an open dialogue leading to a daily self-discovery, acknowledging the talent of each and everyone. In this way, school becomes more than a workshop for testing one’s professional growth; it offers a space to work through vulnerabilities and shape one’s own worldview.
