In anticipation of the 7th edition of Job Film Days (October 6 -11, 2026), Turin prepares to welcome the festival with the cover image created by illustrator Michele Peroncini .

Michele Peroncini ‘s artwork is a programmatic manifesto: using cinema lenses, his aim focuses directly on productive reality and on labor rights . Framing the city of Turin through worn-out working gloves highlighting the willingness of the event to put people in the spotlight, their fatigues and their stories, transforming the work into the protagonist and privileged spectator of cinematic culture. 

Michele Peroncini lives and works in La Spezia. I moti celesti, his first comic, was published by Coconino press in 2024. Following immediate appreciation by both critics and readers for his great talent, the French publisher Sarbacane released his work in 2025. He’s renown as one of the most promising voices of the Italian comic scene, he collaborates as illustrator and comic book artist for various magazines and publishers.

The collaboration between film days and Michele Peroncini was born thanks to Leonardo Guardigli, Coconino press‘ art director who’s been festival image guide coordinator for several years.
