Gaia, a young Neapolitan graduate, receives an offer to work as a substitute teacher for a year in Civitavecchia. She has only one night to decide whether to accept it and find the courage to tell Alberto, her partner, with whom she has just moved in. An unexpected event will make Gaia understand that to face the future halfway, she must take the risk of breaking something.

Vincenzo Pezone. Campanian, born in 1994, Vincenzo Pezone is a biology graduate and after finishing his studies he chose to dedicate his life to cinema. He collaborated as an assistant director for the long feature film Tienimi presente by Alberto Palmiero, winner of the best directorial debut at Roma Film Festival in 2025. After attending the Fare Cinema directing workshop headed by Giorgio Diritti, he made his debut with the short film Cronaca rosa, followed by Un giorno, un uovo. He is currently shooting his third short film, which originated as an investigative study of the market before being developed into a fictional narrative.
